PROCESSING
The average processing time is approximately 1 to 5 business days; If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, some orders can take between 5-10 business days to process.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, we will not charge you extra for each shipment. Orders that have not been received within 8 weeks of your order date will be refunded.
RETURNS
Items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receiving them. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items with quality related issues or wrong items sent, please contact us with proof of pictures and we will arrange for a refund or exchange.
